Terres Fidèles is a small team with an extended family. We blend global experience with deep local roots, working with growers and winemakers we know by name. Our role is to identify remarkable places, support the people who farm them, and guide each parcel toward its clearest expression in bottle.

Fergal is a Master of Wine and a relentless champion of overlooked terroirs. After years tasting and traveling through the world’s great wine regions, he became convinced that the Roussillon – often misunderstood and under-recognized – could produce wines that rival the world’s best. Terres Fidèles is his long-term commitment to proving that potential, one site at a time, with quality as the non-negotiable starting point.
A fourth-generation Roussillon winemaker with a calm hand in the cellar and a feel for the land. Emmanuel focuses on precision and freshness, giving voice to each parcel rather than forcing a house recipe. He’s especially attentive to picking decisions, gentle extraction, and tailoring élevage to the personality of the site.
French by blood, Californian by nature. Rémy connects the dots that make the project possible – from vineyard and production coordination to packaging, storytelling, and ensuring the final wines reach the market as intended. Think of Rémy as the invisible trellis: supporting every vine and guiding every connection from bud to bottle.
Our work begins long before the cellar. We collaborate closely with growers we know and trust, spending real time in the vineyards and guiding key choices through the season – yields, canopy, picking dates, and selection. The goal is clarity and balance: old vines where possible, careful farming, and fruit that doesn’t need “makeup” in the winery.
